đź’› The Yellow Zone

“I feel uneasy…”

The Yellow Zone is when we feel a bit tense or out of balance — like something isn’t right, even if we can’t explain it. It’s where emotions like:

→ Worry

→ Anxiety

→ Nervousness

→ Overthinking

→ Frustration

→ Confusion

→ Feeling rushed

But this zone isn’t bad — it’s a reminder, a warning light.

đź’¬ Your Yellow Pillow Says:

♥  Anxiety is not here to stop you — it’s here to guide you.

♥  You’re not lost — you’ve just left the present for a moment.

♥  Come back to now.

♥ Breathe. Trust. Let life unfold, one step at a time.

♥ You’ve got this.→ You’re not alone.

♥  Your feelings are OK.

♥ You can handle this.

You are never stuck — you’re just spiraling for a moment. And even spirals lead back to center.

đź’› How Yellow Zone Emotions Feel in the Body

→  Tight stomach – like butterflies, knots, or a nervous swirl

→  Chest pressure – a feeling of tightness or difficulty breathing fully

→  Racing heart – your heart may beat faster when you're anxious or overthinking

→  Sweaty hands – or feeling hot all of a sudden

→  Tense shoulders or neck – as if you're carrying stress there

→  Shaky hands or legs – sometimes your body reacts even if you're trying to stay still

→  Dry mouth – or feeling like it’s hard to speak clearly

→  Busy mind – thoughts that jump around, like you can’t focus

→  Fidgeting – tapping, moving around, biting nails, or needing to do “something”

đź’› Why Yellow?

Yellow is the color of light and clarity. In chromotherapy, it helps clear the mind, lift the spirit, and bring focus — especially when we’re caught in worry or stress.

This color is linked to the area just above your belly button, a place where many people feel tightness or knots when anxious or overthinking.

🌀The spiral is the symbol of this zone — because anxious thoughts can start to spin, getting bigger and louder. We can feel trapped in that loop.

But the spiral doesn’t just go outward — it can also guide us back to our center.

This zone isn’t bad. It’s a gentle signal from your body and mind:
“Pause. Come back to now.”

🌿 What can help?

→   Deep belly breathing

→   Hugging a pillow

→   Going outside for light and air

→   Moving your body gently

→   Talking to someone you trust

→   Saying out loud: “I’m okay right now.”

Even if the situation is hard, you can still find moments of peace, presence, and even joy — right here, right now.
